This unique collectible was produced from an authentic piece of the original Los Angeles Forum basketball court and is limited to only 125 pieces worldwide, with this example individually numbered 40/125. Even more unique, the handwritten "1936–1999 Wilt Chamberlain" tribute was created collaboratively by the four Hall of Famers, with each legend writing a portion of Wilt Chamberlain's name as a special memorial inscription.

The display includes its original brushed metal Forum plaque, Superstar Greetings hologram authentication affixed to the front, matching Certificate of Authenticity, and the original presentation box.

The original Forum floor section displays authentic game-used wear, finish imperfections, surface cracking, edge wear, and age-related character consistent with an original arena floor.
